Afshan's love of South Asian clothes comes from her extensive time spent in Lucknow, her mother's hometown. She's passionate about learning about new embroideries and the extensive work put in by artisans across the sub-continent. Her favorite designers include Urvashi Kaur, Papa Don't Preach, and Ekaya Banares.
